I have hair follicles problem...when hairs were grown up after waxing ..they spurt into skin and coiled. And it become black spot at every hair follicle...doctor said that I have trichostasis spinulosa..so what can I do for that?..I used ointment retino A 0.005% for one week but it make no difference...so suggest me what should I do for my problem?

Stop waxing your hairs. Best is buy a good trimmer and trim it. Trimming will give you same look as close to waxing and this problem of ingrown hairs will also resolve with that.
