Hi Doctor My mother is 60 years old and she suddenly reported a sharp pain in her tricep area and when I saw there is some kind of guilty like thing. I have applied some ointment and given hot water packs. Can you please guide me what that it could be. I shall be really thankful to you.

Apply ice pack on the area which is painful, let the joint rest, avoid lifting or carrying any weight... get x ray done...
