Hello, It could be hyperthyroidism ,its common in females , Common symptoms of hyperthyroidism include weakness, irregular heartbeat, and difficulty sleeping, tremors ,.Patient may also go unconscious . Get your thyroid profile test done and consult general physician . Drug intake , alcohol withdrawal can also cause tremors .
