Treatment resistance depressive anxiety

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I have been taking veniz xr 75mg twice, dicorate er 250mg once, Inderal 20mg×1, and lonazep 0.5 mg×1. But I found no improvement such as tremor, sleeplessness, forgetfulness, slurred speech, fatigue, sweating, energy level, interest in daily activities, anxiousness, depression etc. I just want to replace dicorate er 250mg with bupron xl 150mg and continue the other medications. Please suggest me the dose and timing of veniz xr 75mg and Bupron xl 150mg. Because of sexual side effect of antidepressants I want to add Bupron (bupropion).

First of all I will suggest you to visit a professional (psychiatrist) and get a professional advice on your medication. For dose and timing of buprobion and venlafaxine, it is advisable to take them after breakfast or after lunch ( as bother of them are activating drug's and may interfere with your sleep). The usual dose of buprobion is 300 mg daily while as dose of venlafaxine is 225mg/ day.
