Treatment irregular mense
I have irregular periods and was earlier diagnosed with PCOD... recently USG revealed nil PCOD...ayurvedic DOCTOR said everything is good and prescribed some medicines like lodhra syrup sariba syrup, punarna noori tablets, a compound tablets.my height is 5.3" n weight is 65 kgs. I want to know if this treatment prescribed in ayurveda is good for me to regularise periods n reduce weight?

Continue these medicines at least 3 months
Along with this continue morning and evening walk necessary
Practice yogas and pranayamas
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any
Avoid stress and strain
