Treatment for cold and headache in pregn
I am 4 th month pregnant.
Currently suffering from severe cold and headache.
I have taken dolo 650 suggested by doctor for 2 days. Yet no relief.

Hi.
Taking any unnecessary medicine during pregnancy, especially early pregnancy, can be harmful. There are very few medicines which can be taken safely. For your cold and headache, even though cetrizine is considered safe, it is best to avoid it unless prescribed by a doctor. The safest treatment would be to use saline nasal sprays and steam inhalation. However, I would strongly recommend that you visit an ENT specialist near you for a simple examination after which correct medicines can be prescribed to you.
