Hello, Yes, babies can travel in flight.. generally during take off and landing if they're given breastfeeding it would be appropriate as that would prevent ear pain. The sudden pressure changes during take off and landing causes discomfort in the ear. Although, looking at the pandemic situation, it becomes questionable to travel safely with babies.
