Hi,Iam 5 months twin pregnant now through ivf after 6years.My cervical length is around 3.2cm.Now Iam planning to travel to my native at 27weeks for baby shower function from Bangalore to madurai 8hours travel by train again 2 hours travel by car. is it any problem to travel.

No if the sonography is fine, the cervical length is also good, and if no co-morbidity, then need not worry
