please get your IOP checked. if IOP  is alright then chances of loosing the vision  are negligible. the blurring is due to mudriasis.

Hello Why would you go blind... And why would you get tumour? If retina is okay then there is nothing to worry

If macula is not affected by blunt injury , you are not going to have any problem except photophobia in sunlight , you will have to use photochromic glass & should not see directly to sun other wise it may burn macula & will result in permanent diminition of vision
