Tracheostomy
Dear Doctor, As per MRI report my airway was severely narrowed due to a growth in vocal cord.I was feeling breathlessness and  have undergone tracheostomy 0n 30/07/20. Post Tracheostomy, during suctioning of phlegm, coughing is there with pain in chest.I am afraid whether the pain is in the heart /Lungs due to coughing.I have undergone PTCA in 2016. I dont know whether i have developed emphysema or pneumothorax or Pneumomediastinum or any other complications. How can it be find out? What tests are necessary pls. Is it normal to have chest pain after coughing? The area near the hole in the neck is also a little painful. Kind advise pls. Reports attached
