Trachea is in center

Question

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Continuous cough for past 3 months. Took xray chest pa view and found that Trachea is in center. Is there any issue. What tests needs to be taken further. Whether cough is due to this. Please advise. Please note i am diabetic and my sugar level is currenyly high at 325 after food.
