Traces of Blood while itching Once only.

Tonight (5 Sep -just started in 8 month) When I went to toilet, > I felt itchy. > I felt some whitish grey thick fluid in my nails. > Then I obersved there were small traces of blood too. > I cleaned it with lectacyd P wash. > I am not sure if they were due to my brutual scratching (in the insides) > I wiped with tissue paper and tested that no further blood was there. > I rechecked after 10 min and still there was no blood What should I do next ?
