Trace amount of protein

Asked for Female, 7 Years

My 7yr old son is on treatment for nephrotic syndrome.omnacortil alternate days.2 days back he was feeling little sick with mild cough.no fever. Today his urine is showing trace amount of protein.is this a warning sign? Till now it was showing negative

During infection, there will some increased protein leak. Hence usually we tell to increase the omnacortil during these periods.
