Tourettes?
I'm a sixteen year old boy and for as long as i can remember i've had this odd twitch in my neck. it builds up slowly and feels like a burning pressure, and it gets worse when i try to stop it. it makes me tip my head back/to the side and shrug my shoulders and sometimes it happens multiple times. it happens more often when i'm excited or laughing a lot. i do other things like rocking/skin picking/things with my fingers but none of them hurt like that. could this be tourettes or is it my adhd?
