Yes I have seen the photo. They have said it correctly..it's geographic tongue
In cancer it would have been hard , would have bleeding on touching it and also the edges would be raised and irregular
So the lesion in the photograph is definitely not cancer
Next Steps
just need to take vit b12 tablets twice a day
