Hi, I have attached my total thyroidectomy diagnosis report. This is after thyroid surgery. Please let me know if there is any issue if a reactive lymph node is seen.

The histopathology report does not have any features of cancer. A reactive lymph node is not malignant therefore you need not worry about it.
