Age 38 Male, 70kgs. Type 2 Diabetic and Hypertension but excellent control as per
Hb1ac scale. Started heavy strength training 8 mths back. Lost 8 kgs so far and now steady at 70kgs for a month. On high protein(Chicken/Egg/Whey Protein) , low carb diet. Around 1700 calorie intake daily.No bad habits of smoking/drinking since 8 months.
Testosterone checked 3 months back was at 3.96. Is this good? Have some sleep issues. Cant sleep longer than 6 hours and not that great quality of sleep. Post workout recovery slow and tendency to put on your fast around the tummy. Taking Aten 100 once in morning and Gluconorm G1 Forte 1 each morning and night. Taking Omega 3, D3, Supradyn, B complex, Ashwagandha. I want to build lean muscle but find it hard to build muscle mass. Do you think all these issues are because of LOW Testosterone? Anything that will help me get more fitter and feel more energetic plus faster recovery? Very serious on transformating myself and put in hard work
