Torsion after orchiopexy
I had an orchiopexy after losing a testicle to torsion. The remaining one was fixed at 3 points. Sometimes I feel my testicle becomes upside down ( all veins and stuff attached to it shift position to back). This is not at all painful. After I do a handstand, the testicle usually assumes it normal position ( veins and stuff come at top again). This doesn't last for more than 1 day generally. I showed this to surgeon but he didn't find anything. Ultrasound was also clear. Can testicle change its position (upside down and downside up) after orchiopexy?

Testicular torsion is a time-dependent diagnosis, a true urologic emergency, and early evaluation can assist in urologic intervention to prevent testicular loss. Since there is no scrotal pain , ultrasound is clean , NOTHING TO WORRY
Next Steps
if you still get pain ,kindly consult a general surgeon to rule out torsion testis , epididymorchitis

Usually testicles cannot twist on themselves after orchidopexy. Minor Change in angulation of its position is possible without harm. Not to worry. You have to visit a surgeon if u develop pain or swelling.
