Hi... only way to avoid pyorrhoea is maintainable of a good oral hygiene by regular brushing twice daily and flossing as well as using a mouthwash such as recoding ( chlorhexidine). However for treatment you need to visit a dentist or more specifically a periodontist who is specialised to deal with treatment of gum diseases ... At your age having pyorrhoea is not good
