If there is infection in the roots of teeth, they are as good as dead with existing infection. Root canal treatment is to preserve teeth in the mouth and not getting it removed. If you are going to delay treatment, condition may worsen. Homeopathic treatment will not help in such a situation

if u had pain or discoloured or loose tooth, Root canal treatment will be the better option followed by crowns (caps).....treatment plan will b based on X-ray findings.....there s no homeopathy treatment for a tooth........

U should get radiographic evaluation of the front teeth ..for detection of fractures in the teeth which have undergone trauma...this will also give an idea about the teeth involved with infection ... If no fracture in teeth anotomy then..it's RCT followed by crown placement
