Hi Warm personal regards Please specify your question of where your pain is and which tooth is painful. If it's a specific tooth then please tell when does it and how does it pain. Else please visit your nearby dentist and get the tooth checked again. It may be a gum infection or a tooth infection. The dentist may take an x ray to confirm the diagnosis.

hello tooth pain usually occurs due to deep cavity. your doctor would have advised you the treatment. Either a filling needs to be done or a RCT depending upon the condition.
