Tooth pain for last 3 days

There is a constant pain in 2nd leftMost tooth for past 3 days.. There is no change in my diet, nor any specific incident occur which should cause this.

Probably because of the cavity so I would suggest you to visit ur dentist and get the intraoral x-ray done in order to confirm the diagnosis and after that he will do the needful(RCT) Till then u may do the warm salt water gargles to relieve the pain
