Medicine will give you temporary relief. You may get pain again once medicines course over. Capsule Mox 500mg 3 times a day for  3 days. Tablet Brufen 400mg 3times a day for 3days Avoid if you have a allergy from penicillin and ibuprofen.

If their is some decayed tooth, then treatment is required . Painkiller will give you temporary relieve only. If you want you can have Ketorol DT SOS (Painkiller) Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day Brush twice a day to maintain good oral hygiene Rinse thoroughly whenever you eat something so that food accomulation is minimum. Need a xray to diagnose the extent of cavity in tooth Visit a dentist or video consult
