It's a case of impaction . If ur in mysore u can contact us .. we charge 2000.. price depends on city to city.. n d charges is nt it's near to nerves but it's embedded in bone.. u can type impaction. U will find a video to understand better

Yes it definitely requires removal And that too from specialist dentist referred as oral surgeon Charges can be 3000 or more at times
