Tooth cavity
I've had a kind of black mark on one of my tooth from many years and it never pained nor caused any trouble but from a few days there is a slight pain when i eat something with that side of the teeth.I am not sure whether it's a cavity or not.Can you confirm that and if it's a tooth cavity what should be done? should i have my tooth removed?
And there is slight pain in the gums of another tooth.Can you also confirm why is there a pain?

Hi..If cavity spreads to deeper zones of tooth then it pains. You might need a root canal treatment. Visit your nearest dentist
