Tooth ache or any other tooth related problem will cause diabetes as my dentist said it will take it to diabetes. He suggested flap surgery.m worried pls suggest

As he said you he will do flap surgery, he must be thinking of diabetes because diabetes may be the cause for the gingival recession.
Dental procedures itself will not cause diabetes.
