Last month i had a filling for my front tooth but suddenly my tooth started aching its as if a heavy thing being placed on my front teeth is there any problem???

Hi. Looks like little pulpal hypersensitivity. It should go off over the period of time. If it persists you might need a root canal. Because deeper cavities, filling is just a temporary solution.
