Too much hypnic jerks

Whenever i fall asleep a sudden view in my mind wakes me up catching for breath and makes my arms weak.. its like when i am in the view od falling sleep the picture will all seperate and it's like hypnic jerks but even though i am worrying of it, it still wakes me up... help me with this
