Too much Gas and farting
I go for at least 5km run daily. Still I am facing problem of too much gas and farting. What should I do. It's very embarrassing most of the times.

Hello there. You must change your food habits. Certain foods like beans, peas etc should be avoided. Have a cup of curd everyday after foods. Drink lots of water. Eat with a closed mouth and chew your food properly and you should be fine. Regards
