Too many problems :'(
I have on and off  rashes or  heat on my skin , itching around the vaginal area and frequent urination + interrupted flow + pain in the abdomen .

Hi your later suggestive of urinary tract infections...maintain good hygiene,drink more water,get your urine routine done consult physician they Will guide you further....as for rashes history s too short...post pictures or consult dermatologist
