Skin rash problem
Hello doctors my mother is having skin rash from past 2 weeks we didn't use any medicine until now because we don't know the root cause,she is having a dry skin and it is located leg area starting she use to scratch until now after scratching it become like this .she is not ready to visit doctor because of covid so please tell solution for this problem .I'm attaching picture so you can get clear view on that

Skin rashes could be due various reasons. Food allergy could be one reason.
Next Steps
Take tablet Cetrizine 10 mg daily at bedtime for 10 days. Apply Betnovate- GM ointment twice daily. Observe carefully if any specific food item is aggregating the problem.
