Tonsils , With Fever ! - I Want To Know That If I Am Having

Tonsils , with fever !

I want to know that if i am having tonsils , can tonsils cause fever if i am regularly drinking warm water ! Yesterday in afternoon i had fever about 99 , later then when i drink warm water , and gargled with turmeric honey and salt in warm water , i had fever 100.9 . I want to know why so is this possible 🤔
