Tonsil Condyloma???
Is this a classical appearance of a squamous cell carcinoma caused from HPV on my right tonsil. I have no idea what it is other than assumptions. Would greatly appreciate any and all differential diagnosis and would like to know if this is something to be concerned about. I am 5 foot 5 inches, 220lbs, non smoker/drinker.

To diagnose any cancer, I need to examine you clinically....visual cues are inadequate...I need to feel the tonsils and your neck. I also need to see your nose and throat for other tell-tale signs.
