I have given her cefadoxin metal nosokind and monticope since last 10 days.but still no relief.she also take kharrate in night .

She seems to be suffering from enlargement of adenoids and tonsils in her nose and throat respectively. If this symptoms are acute then it may subside on its own. If symptoms are severe, persistent and progressive then surgery known as adenoidectomy with tonsillectomy may be required
