Tongue swelling sores white patch thorat

Hii..I am Adarsh(17yeae old)Sir about two year ago,I was taking avil 25 mg for runny nose.But after that when i find it it is not working then i started taking3tab/day,continued taking it over 1 year.And after i was addicted to avil 50mg 6tab/day..And now i am taking avil 50mg 10-15 tablets a day.Now i am realizing its bad effects.My parents always pressured me for90% in my 10th.(but previously studied in Hindi school)They always shouts on me for small mistakes.when i take avil i feel better.
