Hi, He is feeling sudden numbness in the toe. This doesn't feel like any injury as nothing happened. He is also having trouble moving foot at ankle. The toe movement also feels restricted. He can feel a little pain in hamstring area when pressed. This is the first time it's happening. Please suggest a solution.

From the information provided what I could gather was that you have pain in posterior aspect of thigh and have developed weakness of your foot and ankle. These seem to be signs of a compression of a nerve by a prolapsed intervertebral disc. You need thorough examination by a specialist doctor ( spine surgeon) . MRI needs to be done . Need to visit a doctor urgently for this otherwise the weakness might persist for life. Also you have not mentioned whether it is single side or on both feet. If involves both feet/ you have difficulty in passing urine then this is an emergency condition.
Next Steps
Must urgently consult a doctor.
