My 2 year old son is continuously scratching his rectym area and always cranky and restless whike sleeping.my mother suggested it can be due to worms or in Hindi kitanu. Please suggest. Can I g8ve bandy syrup to him

Of course, first step would be to give deworming: Syrup Albendazole (Bandy or Zentel) 400mg/10ml, give 5ml at bedtime & repeat again 5ml at bedtime after 2 week gap
If perianal itching is due to pinworms, it sure will resolve
