Toddler blood in stool
My two year old has selective Iga and has constant fevers and infections he Has began to get different symptoms utacaria, swollen inflamed foot in the past but this week he developed another temperature on Monday then a cough Tuesday today he has had bad diarrhoea with green muscus and once there was streaks of red blood his temperature isn’t high but I feel that there is more going on than low Iga and no one will listen to me

Mucus and blood in motion is due to infection . Dysentery. He would need antibiotic or anti amoebics or both. and ors . But first do a stool routine and culture test . Rarely it could be because of cows milk protein allergy.
