Tobbacco use
Hello my father chew tobbacco from past twenty years and I asked him to quit the habit but he is unable to quit the habit ..am very much frustrated wid dis..can I give him nicotex r nicotine chewing pills? Is it safe ..plz help

Rather than anything you take him for counseling first or you yourself sit with your father and talk to him about the diseases caused by tobacco and also down load few videos showing ill effect of tobacco in any form because there is no point in addicting him to other products like as you said above and making him leave habit You need to motivate your father to avoid it first and slowly to stop it Initially ask him to cut off the quantity wise and restrict the time too which will help to quit the habit
