To Reduce Belly fat
I have a lot of belly fat.. please suggest a way to reduce it.. I need to know about food restrictions also..my weight is 70 ..height is 168.. normally am a thin looking guy.. but this belly fat is big. i want to get rid of that.

As you rightly mentioned your BMI is ideal. But the central obesity is dangerous. If you have more visceral fat, the only way to get rid of it is a balanced diet ,timely food intake , daily exercise and of course lifestyle modification. Start 6 meal pattern . reduce simple carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water atleast 2-3 LTS per day. Start 30 min exercise atleast 5 days a week and Gradually increase it to one hour. Consult a dietician for a proper meal plan. All the best.
