  4. To recover from Ticks. To get rid of it?

I have a male golden retriever age 5.Recently I have took him to park for playing and he got so many ticks in his body nearly to 20-30.I would like to know what treatment will be good other than giving injection for ticks. all the vet near me home are suggesting to go for tick injection.Already he had few ticks injection before few years back. is it ok to have ticks injection for curing or medicines ll help to get rid of it ?
