My wife is trying hard to have more veggies and fruits to increase her HB count..its come down to less than 10gm/dl.. What can you recommend us to manage the situation..is there any worms inside stomach which eats up the food
..I remember reading it online..kindly advice

hey, have egg and meat dry fruits contains more iron. At this age its better to go for iron tablets consult physician , take one deworming tab consult physician he'll prescribe
