  4. TLC and absolute lymphocyte count. Low?

TLC and absolute lymphocyte count
In my cbc My TLC is 5000, haemoglobin 14.2, platelet 1.8L and ESR 10. Lymphocyte is 29.5% but absolute lymphocyte count is 1475. Is absolute lymphocyte count is low? 2 months ago i was suffering from gastritis TLC was 8400.
