I suffer from indigestion. Stomach bloats after meals and I pass gas a lot. I feel frequent acid reflux. Almost everyday, i wake up because of stomach ache that subsides only after morning motion. Because of my job, it is difficult for me to have sufficient gap between dinner and sleep, and it may be the root cause of the problem. Please suggest any medicine or diet change. I am non vegetarian but I eat non veg very less frequently. I am an occasionally drink and smoke.
