Tired weak sleepy
I've been previously diagnosed by an ayurvedic doctor. He said my lower body has stopped performing all its functions properly. I'm on the verge of haemorrhoids and my periods aren't smoothly flowing. My body doesn't absorb nutrition properly and I feel weak, tired and disinterested all the time. Attached is a photo of the medicines given.

hello, you have more weight to your age too, hypothyroidism, pcos, anemia, hormonal imbalance could cause you feel weak tired, menstrual problems, hemorrhoids can be due to bad life style and over weight. you need to get diagnosed first to manage these condition, since your ayurvedic medicines are not helping please consult a gynecologist to get examined forst.
