Lubricant eye drops help restore the tear dip in the front of the eyes. They provide relief from surface dryness which may be contributing to the feeling of fatigue. However periodic breaks from work on system, correct posture, conscious complete blinking,, sufficient fluid intake, regular sleeping hours, reduction in screen time etc are equally important.
