Tiny red spots on my face
In the last 4-5 days I noticed Tiny red spots all over my face mostly on my lower cheek near lips and on forehead. I have recently not changed any of the cosmetic products which I use regularly. I have no sort of pain or itching on these spots, plz let me know the cause of this and cure

it can be be due to hypersensitivity to new cosmetic material...consult nearest dermatologist they will examine and do the needful
