Tiny pimples kind of thing on scalp
Dear sir today I shaved my hair, and I found some tiny red pimples kind of thing on my scalp. I don't have any knowledge what it is. But I am getting bald day by day and I am just 28 years old, I am having hair heredity problem. What should I do? the effected area are crown.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated.
