Tiny black spots and dots on right side.
Good evening.
I have small black dots and spots on right side of tounge. It doesn't pain but it itches and some time I feels that tiny dots are increasing.
It is from long time.
I don't have any habit.
I am attaching my tongue picture.
Is it normal or something else.
