So I am 14 years old and have been having my period for about 6 months now and this cycle started on Wednesday night and yesterday (Saturday) I looked at my tampon and there was a tiny bit of grey on the bottom! The rest was normal blood! It is scaring me very much and I don’t know what to do! I am so scared! Also today is Sunday and last night after I found the grey with normal blood my period just stopped! It only lasted three days when it normally latlsta five! Plz help me I’m so scared!!!

The cycles immediately after attaining menarche can be 6 months once or sometimes up to a year long. Nothing it worry. It will take some time to regularise. However it's very unclear about greyish part ur describing. It should be the endometrium shedding. Visits a gynae for elaborated discussion.
